Help your dog in, and secure the gate. Connect their lead to the security points within the unit.
Select the time
Using the eye-level touch screen, select the duration. We suggest 10 minutes for a wash and dry.
Get soapy!
Pay for the time
Pay for your session using payment systems on your mobile phone, or contactless card.
Warm shower
The cycle will start, allowing you to shower your furry friend with temperature-controlled warm water.
Pamper session
Follow the on-screen prompts for organic, dog-friendly shampoo, conditioner and flea treatments.
Get on your way!
Style and set
The session finishes up with a blow dry - we'd love you to share your pup's styles on our socials!

Open the secure gate and help your pet out, making sure you have hold of your pet's lead before you do.
